  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  “Mindset Monday”–What is something good that happened to you last week or this past weekend?  Explain why it was such a good thing.
  • Fill in the graphic organizer for our zombie persuasive essay.
  • Work on vocabulary.com–“100 Words Every Middle Schooler Should Know” due December 14.

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  If you could be an ice cream topping, what would you be? Explain why that topping fits who you are.
  • Take notes on effective hooks and complete a practice activity.
  • Finish the organizer for our persuasive paper today.

Wednesday, December 12

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  “Would You Rather Wednesday”– Explain your answer.
  • Finish the notes on hooks and introductions.
  • Work on introductions of our persuasive essays.

Thursday, December 13

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title: “Three Things Thursday”–What are three things you have learned this week in any of your classes?  Explain a few details about each.
  • Type the final draft of our persuasive papers today.

Friday, December 14

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  “Free Topic Friday”–Write about anything you want as long as it’s appropriate for school and you don’t mind if I read it.
  • Due today–vocabulary.com “100 Words Every Middle Schooler Should Know”
  • Finish and turn in our final drafts of zombie persuasive papers.
