  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  “Happy New Year”–What was your favorite thing about Christmas break?  Explain why it was such a good thing.
  • Begin working on our Career Cruising module.

Tuesday, January 8

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title: “Two Ticket Tuesday”–If you could pick any event to go to, what would it be and why? And who would be the one other person you would want to go with you and why?
    2. Finish Career Cruising modules.
    3. Take notes over Types of Sentences in your English notebook.

Wednesday, January 9

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title: “Would You Rather Wednesday”–Would you rather be locked in a room that is constantly dark for a week or a room that is constantly bright for a week? Explain your response.
  • Finish your notes from yesterday.
  • Start working on your Word Study List #3.

Thursday, January 10

  • Begin working on our Mentor Sentences 2019-1 (Types of Sentences)–Step One.
  • Watch a video about sentence types.
  • Paste Types of Sentences exercise on page 57 of your English notebook. We will complete it as a class.

Friday, December 14

  • Respond to the following prompt in Google daily journal–Title:  “Free Topic Friday”–Write about anything you want as long as it’s appropriate for school and you don’t mind if I read it.
  • Complete Step Two of our Mentor Sentences 2019-1 document.
